Where the pen meets great marketing advice

MAKE MONEY ONLINE

120+ sites that pay upto $150 for guest posts, make money writing

Why this post?

While starting out my blog I was in a bit of financial trouble and I looked for writing opportunities. I was disgusted by the number of people who pay pennies to writers and thought why not search for higher paying gigs to really make money writing.

This post is about that success in my attempt of discovering high paying sites!

When I was creating this article the thing which came to my mind is that there are so many sites which pay you to blog but then there are so few sites that pay me to blog about what I love-blogging, make money online.

I have listed over 110 sites that pay you to blog but them I also have discovered a way to get $200 or more per guest post that you post on the sites you love and topics that you love.

In this I have included sites which pay you $150 per post, $200 per post and even $1 to $2 per word.

But it’s not easy. It takes specialized knowledge. I started freelancing, writing articles for money to pay my hosting bills and at a time when you are worried about the $10 to pay, there are few sites which can come help you. I have included them too. You will not wait, for two weeks after sending your article to Freelanceswitch not knowing whether they have accepted your article and then get paid a month later. After 4 more days you finally get money in your bank account.

Recently my guest post was published on Youronline.biz and it is the new one here. Darnell pays $100 to your PayPal account instantly for a guest post. (They don’t have that program any more and the last post was published in February 2015).You can conduct an interview or write about something which is out of the ordinary and you will get paid. I did. Share to see my income.

Additionally, I will suggest this course from Jeff Goins for getting highly paid freelance writing gigs.

Other than all of this I have also dabbed my hands into creating content on web 2.0 properties like Squidoo. Basically you can leverage the high page rank and google dominance of Squidoo to your own benefit and make money. They however keep 50%

You can also try Squidoo, Hubpages, Triond  Experts Column, Bright Hub,Oboulo, Xomba, Families, Suite101, and Looking For Clues.

One more site gets added to the list, it’s listverse. They pay you $100 for compiling an article of a list of 10 things but the list should be something awesome. For example “10 most bizarre accidents”.

You can also include a link to your book in the bio and the site gets millions of pageviews every month, Free promotion for you.

Another site that gets added to the list is Doctor of Credit which pays $50 per accepted guest post, you can read more about the requirements here

You could also submit a guest post at futuresport. Here’s a sample post.

Here is the guest posting pitch that I used for Rock solid finance, though I didn’t get the job he liked the work.

Subject: Guest posting How to make your way to the $1000 tweet?
Message:
Make your way to the $1000 tweet
The article aims at telling readers how one can effectively use
twitter for making money. Twitter is a great platform for one’s
business but it can only be harnessed if we understand the twitterrati
well.
One lakh bot followers only sound good but a lot better will be a 1000
real followers. responsive followers. Marketing hype will not work on
twitter, I know that tall claims won’t work, you know that and my
followers know that. To be a power twitter user you need to engage in
a real manner with the people at twitter.
Retweet their tweets, ask them questions, mention them and you are
already acing the game.
Outline:
John Chow’s post on his $1000 tweet. How did he do that?
How can you use twitter effectively?
What works on twitter?

George:

Thanks for your interest in Rock Solid Finance, and for your very complete query.

Unfortunately, I do not post anything about social media (including Twitter, Linkedin or Facebook).  I simply feel that those are “marketing” topics, better suited to a blog about marketing (of which there are many).

Thank you for reaching out.

How do I make money writing?

I make money writing guest posts for clients. The problogger job board is my favourite haunt to look for places that want guest bloggers for their sites to spread their word on other sites. There are many blog networks that pay handsomely.

My minimum charge is $80.

I like to synchronize my posts with services like myblogguest to search for blogs that need guest posts after getting clients from the sites that advertise on Problogger.

Its very lucrative business model!

    Wow. Excellent job.

I would advise that you don’t advertise real writing jobs. It’s basically a site that links you up with places like elance.

There have also been numerous cases of fraudulent activity. I mean you asking to stop a monthly payment and they finding a loophole to continue to bill you. There is no customer service, and the actual person/people behind the company are unknown.

I think real writing jobs is run by a black hat marketer in a country where laws against fraud are not very strict. Be careful george.

  3. Oh ok. I.ll remove that. I included that because one of my freelancer friends was recommending this on his site. THank you for your insight
